FTP Ascii Mode in KDE (kioslave)

Write a ~/.kde/share/config/kio_ftprc, with

[hostname]
textmode=true

Or use [] instead of [hostname] to make it used everywhere.

Warning: this will likely mess up any transfers of binary files.
